The 2020–21 yearbook. This season lived on ESPN. There is no Sleeper dump — no week-by-week box scores, no draft-class math, no FAAB table. What follows is the Hall of Champions plus the notes on the season page, written as a yearbook instead of a weekly recap. If a number is not in those notes, it is not here.

Regular season
Through week 11 the notes had three teams at 8–2: PJ (DK Metca$h at the time), Neil, and Jake. The field was playing for second. By the playoff preview the 1-seed had flipped to Jake. Joel sat at 6–4 in week 11 and was told a win either of the next two weeks would seal 4th. Five teams still had a shot at that last chair: Joel, CJ, Andy, Tony, Ian.

Andy spent a stretch staring at the Slutler, then the notes said the race opened up after CJ beat PJ. Ian was still in the 4th-place math in week 11. Exact final W–L for 5th through 10th is not in the archive.
Who won the draft
No pick list, no starter-point table. The awards page is the draft yearbook.
Won the year, if not the draft: Jake’s Henry keeper was the MVP. The notes said you could have given it to Kamara, Cook, Murray, Hill, or Herbert and not been wrong. Henry sealed the 1-seed in the week it mattered.
The miss the notes named: there is no official “lost the draft” trophy in these write-ups. The season’s cautionary roster is Kris, last in points, last in record, a lineup left empty. The player-side letdown energy lived on Gurley hangover from 2019 and whoever was still starting Brady as a QB1.
Brightest future was Herbert — QB8 without playing every game, including a start on a moment’s notice. Honorable mentions: Metcalf, Jefferson, Chark, Chubb, Cook. Jefferson was a $6 Neil add. Herbert was a Monday pickup the day Dak went down.
Won the week
The notes do not print a weekly high table. A few Sundays survived in the recaps:

Who lost the season in November
The week-11 notes are the November chapter. PJ had been the team everyone wanted to avoid; Jake was two games up on him in the rankings and still talking about finishing above him for the 1-seed because PJ’s points-for would not come back to the field. Joel was “in the driver’s seat for fourth” on a sub-100 win and the notes asked if he could blow it. Tony had just gotten Sanders back. The 4-seed race was the season’s only real collapse-or-not story, and Joel did not blow it — he backed in.
Kris was already last in points. Andy had been the Slutler favorite earlier and then was not. That is the November that made the 10-seed a Kris problem instead of an Andy problem.
The wire, the wallet, the trades
Best move, from the awards: PJ sent Mixon and Brady for Chubb. Brady had been a waiver add the week before and immediately fell off. Mixon went on IR without playing another game. The CMC trade was the honorary mention — jury still out in December, CMC still easing back for the championship.
Other adds the notes bothered to name:
- Tony: James Robinson for $1
- Neil: Justin Jefferson for $6
- Herbert, Monday after Dak, the day the run started — and it raised Josh Allen’s stock at the same time
- Joel: Fulgham for $2
- PJ: McKissic stash for $3, plus the Kittle stash heading into the final
Last year’s best-move ghost in these notes: Ian trading Allen for Waller in 2019. The 2020 board was still talking about it.
Playoffs
Two-week rounds. The notes have the bracket and the predictions, not the final totals.

Championship

Jake’s recap is a position-by-position fear list: Allen’s TNF, Herbert vs Baker-on-the-Jets as the emergency, Henry vs Cook, Ekeler vs Chubb, Keenan’s hamstring, Kelce vs a stashed Kittle, Carson / Mike Davis vs Nuk and CMC. Prediction: PJ −19. Hall of Champions: PJ. The 1-seed wrote his own obituary and it posted.
Slutler
The notes never printed a winner. They printed a bracket:
- 10 Fuller Wood D (Kris) vs 9 Bear Down (Seif) — Kris did not set a lineup. Jake gave it to Matt on the spot.
- 7 Rub a Chubb Dub (Tony) vs 8 Hot Lockett (CJ) — Jake liked Adams and Robinson enough to send Tony through.
- Finale, championship week: 10 Fuller Wood D vs 8 Hot Lockett. “Does it really matter what happens, either way nine of us win.”
Kris is the 10-seed who no-showed. CJ is the 8-seed in the finale. If you need a name for the cake, the notes leave you a coin flip and a shrug. This page will not invent the flip.
Team portraits
PJ Hardcastle — Christian Chubb Tucker — Champion
First title. The Chubb trade is the plaque. CMC on the roster if he suited up, Nuk and Diggs in the same room, Tucker in the team name, Kittle stashed for the final. The team everyone wanted to avoid in November, then the team that beat the 1-seed in December.
Jake Bowen — Keenan and Kelce — 2nd
1-seed, MVP keeper, predicted himself −19. Too many Chargers, Anthony Lynn on the sideline, Keenan on a hamstring. The notes are his. The ring is not.
Neil Calvert — Unpaid Bills — semis
8–2 for a long time. Kamara, Josh Allen, Jefferson for $6. Needed a boom week in the semis and did not get enough of them. The 3-seed that always feels close.
Joel Hernandez — Everyday I’m Russellin — semis
Backed into the 4-seed the week his kid showed up. The preview was a list of injuries. Congrats in the parentheses. Out in the first round.
Tony — Rub a Chubb Dub
In the 4th-place mix, then in the Slutler four. Robinson for a dollar. The notes sent him through to the finale’s waiting room and then stopped typing.
Chris Johnson — Hot Lockett
8-seed, finale, boom-or-bust. Beat PJ once in the stretch that opened the Slutler race. The notes do not say if he wore it or dodged it.
Matt Seifert — Bear Down
9th. Drew the empty-lineup week and moved on. The 2019 champ in the consolation bracket.
Kris — Fuller Wood D
Last in points, last in record, a lineup left blank. The 10-seed in a finale the commissioner declined to recap.
