Waiver Wire Wizard: Jameson Williams $6, Tony could have a great stash em guy. I had been trying to stash him but it was so hard at the beginning of the season with our short benches.

Match-up of the Week: Seif v. PJ is always fun, but it’s gotta be The Hurts Locker (6-5) vs. Wheelin & Thielen (5-6) in a very important playoff matchup.

Power Rankings - Week Eight

1. PJ (9-2)*

Nine straight, really impressive. Also takes the lead for most points for. Great season for the co-Commish.

2. Pangy (8-3)*

Good to have Mixon miss a week now after locking up his playoff spot.

3. Seif (6-5)

The PF lead keeps Seif above Joel for now, and it seems unreachable for anyone in the hunt to catch Seif in PF at least. Good to see Mooney back where he belongs.

4. Joel (6-5)

Joel’s sitting pretty with a decent PF lead over the 5-6 teams. Looks like he’s only out if he loses both his last two games, but he has tough matchups with Chris this week, and Seif next.

5. Chris (5-6)

First deviation from the chalk, but I like Chris’ chances a little better than Tony. If he wins this week vs. Joel, they’ll play each other in a huge Week 13.

6. Tony (5-6)

Getting Andrews back at the right time, Tony could still make a last minute surge to make the playoffs.

7. Andy (5-6)

Andy’s been slipping but still has a shot, especially with matchups left with Neil and myself, (8th and 9th in the standings).

8. Jake (4-7)

Okay hear me out… I outscore Joel by 90 points the next two weeks, Joel loses his last two, Tony loses this week but wins next week against Chris, and I win my last two games, then I’m in like Flynn. So you’re saying there’s a chance?

9. Kris (3-8)

Kris moves up a spot!
